Our company was responsible for the final design and construction of this 35,000 square foot structure – the tallest building in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
It features the first parking ramp built in town, as well as the first building to offer condominiums for sale. We were able to utilize this 1 ¾ acre site to the maximum, providing 123 parking spaces.
The log, timber and log rail system was milled at our company’s mill.
Sizzler Steakhouse Soldotna, Alaska built by Ultimate Log and Custom Homes in the early 80’s. This is a good example of how logs can be used in franchise development.
Construction at Cowboy Village Resort at Togwotee. Snowmobile building is 5,000 square feet, and houses a mechanic’s shop, retail sales, and rentals.
Below: 54 pre-manufactured log cabins were set with cranes so as not to disturb 100 year growth of trees and other vegetation.
